Refund Policy

At MKR & Co., we want you to love your purchase! Because most of our items are limited stock or seasonal, all sales are final. However, we’re here to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

❌ All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items due to size, fit, or change of mind. Please review item descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and issue

We will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund/store credit.

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items reported more than 3 days after delivery

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received (please contact your local carrier)
